Hansen Aerospace LLC  and its related entities globally (“we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with us.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we are the data controller. However, because we are part of the Phenna Group of companies (“Phenna Group”), your personal data may also be shared with other Phenna Group companies globally where necessary for operational, administrative, governance, compliance, service-delivery or group-level management purposes, as permitted by applicable data protection laws.

Please note:

  • AI is not used as a standard practice across all Phenna Group businesses. Each business within our group is a separate legal entity and may adopt different recruitment technologies and processes.
  • Where AI is used, it is intended to support human decision-making, not replace it. For example, final hiring decisions are always made by people.
  • We ensure that any AI tools used comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including the UK GDPR, and are subject to appropriate oversight to mitigate risks such as bias or unfair outcomes.
  • If we use AI tools provided by third parties, those providers are required to handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
  • If your application is processed using AI, you have the right to request human intervention, express your point of view, and contest any decisions made solely by automated means.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Specific retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data and applicable legal requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.

How We Protect Your Data

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from being accidentally lost, misused or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed,. They will also give us information about you, such as about your financial history.  We do this to assess creditworthiness, check your identity, manage your account, trace and recover debts and prevent criminal activity.  We will also continue to exchange information about you with CRA’s on an ongoing basis, including about your settled accounts and any debts not fully repaid on time.  CRA’s will share your information with other organizations; and
